How you pay

  1. When you book. ₹5,000 booking fee to confirm the booking. It counts towards your trip total; it is not an extra charge. It is non-refundable (see section 10 of the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

  2. Between the 7th and the 10th day after booking. Enough to bring what you have paid up to 50% of your trip total. This pays for your hotels, and for your visa if we are arranging it or it is included in your package.

  3. 30 days before you travel. The rest of your trip total.

Flights, only if you ask us to help with them: paid in full when we book the tickets, at the fare on that day. Flight payments are separate from the instalments above and are not part of your trip total.

Booking 45 days or less before you travel? The gaps are shorter. The full schedule is in our payment terms, and what happens if plans change is in our cancellation and refund policy.

The journey, day by day

Day 1

Arrival in Phuket & a Slow First Evening

Kata Beach on Phuket's west coast, a long curve of sand with the forested headland behind it
Settle In

Direct flights from Delhi and Mumbai land in Phuket in about four and a half hours, some in the morning and some in the evening. Keep this day light: check in, rest, and spend the evening by the beach.

  1. Arrival

Land at Phuket International Airport and transfer to your hotel.

  2. Afternoon

Check in and rest. Tomorrow starts early for the islands.

  3. Evening

Sunset on the beach and an easy dinner close to the hotel.

Day 2

Phi Phi Islands by Speedboat

Limestone cliffs of Ko Phi Phi Le rising from the sea, with longtail boats moored in the bay
Islands

A full day out by speedboat to the Phi Phi Islands, with swimming and snorkelling stops among the limestone cliffs and lunch on Phi Phi Don. Maya Bay is closed every year from 1 August to 30 September; in those months the boat visits the other bays instead.

  1. Morning

Speedboat from Phuket out to the Phi Phi Islands.

  2. Midday

Swimming and snorkelling stops, then lunch on Phi Phi Don (included).

  3. Afternoon

Back to Phuket by late afternoon. Free evening.

Day 3

Phuket City Tour, then on to Krabi

The white marble Big Buddha statue on its hilltop above Phuket, with the naga staircase in front
Culture & Transfer

A morning seeing Phuket beyond the beaches, then the road to Krabi. The drive to Ao Nang takes about three hours, so the afternoon is mostly travel and the evening is yours.

  1. Morning

Phuket city tour: the Big Buddha, Wat Chalong and the old town's painted shophouses.

  2. Afternoon

Check out and drive to Ao Nang in Krabi, about three hours.

  3. Evening

Walk the Ao Nang beachfront and have dinner by the sea.

Day 4

Krabi 4 Islands by Speedboat

Chicken Island (Ko Poda Nok) off Krabi, with its chicken-head rock pinnacle seen from a boat
Islands

The classic Krabi island day: Phra Nang Cave Beach, Chicken Island, Tup Island, where a sandbar joins two islands at low tide, and Poda Island, with lunch on the way. Boats run less often, and are sometimes cancelled, on rough days in the May to October monsoon.

  1. Morning

Speedboat from Ao Nang to Phra Nang Cave Beach and Chicken Island.

  2. Midday

Tup Island sandbar and lunch on Poda Island (included).

  3. Evening

Back in Ao Nang. Free evening.

Day 5

Free Morning & Departure

Aerial view of small islets, a white sandbar and a longtail boat off the Ao Nang coast in Krabi
Wrap-up & Return

A slow last morning. If your flight home leaves from Phuket, allow about three hours by road from Ao Nang to the airport; Krabi's own airport is much closer, so check which one your flight uses.

  1. Morning

Breakfast and a last swim or a walk on the beach.

  2. Afternoon

Check out and transfer to the airport for your flight.

  3. Departure

    Fly home.

Questions Indian travellers ask

Do Indian passport holders need a visa for Thailand?

No, for a holiday. Indian passport holders can visit Thailand visa-free for up to 30 days; Thailand cut this from 60 days for arrivals from 15 September 2026, so older lists still show 60. Every traveller must also file the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online, at no charge, within 3 days before arriving.

What is the best time to visit Phuket and Krabi?

November to April, the dry season on the Andaman coast, when the sea is calm for the island boat trips. May to October is the monsoon: it is quieter, but boats can be cancelled on rough days.

How long is the flight to Phuket from Delhi or Mumbai?

About four and a half hours direct from either city. Both have direct flights to Phuket.

Is five days enough for Phuket and Krabi?

Yes for a first visit. Five days gives each place two nights and one full island day. Add a night in each if you want beach days with no plan, or a night in Bangkok on the way.

Can you visit Maya Bay all year?

No. Maya Bay, on Phi Phi Leh, closes every year from 1 August to 30 September so the bay can recover. Phi Phi boat trips still run in those months and visit the other bays.
