An advance is required to confirm a booking, not optional. How much depends on what the airline and hotel need in order to hold your dates, so it is quoted to you before you pay anything. The balance must be cleared before you travel.

If the balance is not paid in time, the booking can be cancelled, and the booking fee within your advance is not refundable — it does not come back to you as money. Easy Points of the same value are credited to your Travelasan account instead, to put towards a future trip. Both of those are terms of the booking contract rather than things decided case by case, so they are worth reading there rather than taking our word for it here.

No. What your package includes and excludes is written on your quote before you pay, and we do not add charges to it afterwards.

The figure that catches people out is not a charge added on top but an amount held back out of a refund if you cancel. That is disclosed too, and not by us in this answer: the Cancellation & Refund Policy lists what may be deducted, requires a supplier document as evidence for each deduction, and says anything that cannot be evidenced is not deducted.

Yes. Neither is included in our package prices, but we can arrange travel insurance and an eSIM for mobile data on request, and add them to your quote at their own price.

Most packages include private transfers unless specified otherwise.

It is written down, dated, and public. You can read the whole of it before you book, without asking us for it.

What a cancellation costs you depends on the airline, hotel and other suppliers holding the booking, so that figure is not fixed and we will not pretend it is. What we may keep back out of your refund is fixed: the policy sets out a closed list of deductions, requires a supplier document as evidence for each one, and states that a deduction that cannot be evidenced is not taken.
