Oriental Residence Bangkok has earned One Michelin Key for 2026, its third year in a row since it first received the honour in 2024. The award, from the Michelin hotel guide, marks the property as one that delivers an exceptional stay experience.

The Michelin Key is handed out on five points: how the building looks and is laid out inside, the steadiness of the service, the hotel's own character, whether it offers good value, and how it adds to a guest's time in the surrounding area. The Bangkok property also belongs to Small Luxury Hotels of the World.

The hotel, run by Onyx Hospitality Group, sits on Wireless Road in a central Bangkok neighbourhood. It is described as quiet and private, with easy access to embassies, restaurants, leisure spots and city landmarks, and it works for both shorter city breaks and longer stays.

What this means for you

If you are planning a stay in Bangkok, this is a well-located hotel whose award has been renewed for three straight years, which can help you judge its steadiness.
