Inside Bangkok's newest Aman hotel, a luxury stay that feels far from the city
Based on reporting by The National: Aman Nai Lert Bangkok review: What it's like to stay at the city's most expensive hotel

A stay at Aman Nai Lert Bangkok shows how the brand turns a city-centre visit into something private and calm. Guests are met at Suvarnabhumi Airport by a host and moved through a separate immigration lane, then driven into town in a car fitted with massage seats.
The hotel has just 52 suites, with the smallest covering 94 square metres. Reviewers stayed in a 12th-floor premier suite with floor-to-ceiling windows, a king bed and a separate living area, and noted they rarely saw other guests in the hallways or lifts.
The property occupies seven acres of parkland within Bangkok, wrapped in greenery, so almost no traffic noise reaches the rooms. Shopping centres such as Central Embassy are within walking distance, while most major sights need a short ride.
What it means for travellers from India
- A stay here is a high-end, low-occupancy experience, so expect large rooms and a secluded feel rather than a busy city hotel.
- Arrival support begins at the airport with a host and smoother immigration, which can ease a long overnight flight into Bangkok.
- Dining prices, as reported on 16 Oct 2026, include dishes such as minestrone soup at 500 Thai baht and linguine all'astice at 2,500 baht.
- Wellness choices include a 25-metre pool, a large fitness centre and a spa with Thai massage and hydrotherapy.
